With over 11 years of HR and leadership experience, I’m a seasoned HR partner who genuinely loves helping people navigate change.

Over the years, I’ve been lucky enough to work across the entire business spectrum—from large organisations with over 3,000 staff to small, fast-paced start-up businesses. This has given me a wide range of experience and taught me how to support teams of any size.

My passion lies in leadership and team development, which I back up with postgraduate qualifications in HR and Management, as well as credentials in Recruitment Law and Change Management. I am also a qualified Human Synergistic’s practitioner, which helps me dive deep into building healthy workplaces.

Recognising the distinct operational and systemic pressures within high-stakes environments—particularly healthcare and education and the challenges for small businesses—I founded HR&U to deliver tailored workforce strategies that transform organisational culture and drive sustainable growth.
